Cheeky Charging

Cheeky Charging rents phone chargers through machines you'll spot in bars, gyms, restaurants, hotels, and events. The network's growing fast, and there's a lot more country left to cover. We're expanding in two directions at once: London and the South East, plus Greater Manchester and the North West. We need a salesperson in either patch to help us take the next hundred venues.

The Role

The job is to grow the network in your region. You'll pitch venues, obviously. Bars, pubs, clubs, gyms, hotels, event spaces, wherever people go when their phones die. But that's not the whole game. The best salespeople here also work with councils, local business groups, charities, event promoters, community organizations. Anywhere they can build a contact who opens a door.

You choose what days and hours you work. Some weekend and evening work will come with the good venues, but you tailor that around the ones you're bringing in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We give you the pitch, the kit, the training, warm leads to start with, and a base salary so month one isn't a stretch.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who talks to strangers easily.
  • Someone who chases their own follow-ups without a manager on their back.
  • Someone creative, because you'll be finding new ways into new areas, not running the same playbook everyone else does.
  • If you know London or Manchester well, that helps. If you don't yet, learn it quickly.
  • Sales or hospitality experience is useful but not a must.
  • Right to work in the UK.

What You Get

  • Competitive base salary, so you're not living off nothing while your pipeline builds.
  • Uncapped commission on top. Realistic OTE of £1,000 to £4,000 a month depending on how much you put in. Top performers go past that.
  • Commission paid weekly, not quarterly.
  • Minimum 3 days a week, up to full time. Your call.
  • Full training, demo kit, and warm leads from day one.
  • You get in while we're still early, which means real room to grow with the company as we open new regions.
  • Small team, no politics, no dress code, no 9am stand-ups.

How to Apply

Apply on the careers page, takes about 2 minutes.

Next, a 10-minute video interview you record on your phone whenever you get 5. It's not live, and you don't need to schedule it.

If we like what we see, we'll ask you to send us a short pitch of your own. Your chance to show us what you know, what you can do, and what kind of person you are.

If that lands, we'll bring you out on a sales day with us so you can see the job for real before either side commits.
