About Park Yoga

Park Yoga is a national charity delivering free community yoga in nature. Our mission is to improve physical and mental wellbeing by introducing the transformative benefits of yoga in nature, fostering joy, connection and a deep sense of community. In 2026 we have 77 Park Yoga locations across the UK, supporting over 6,000 people a week; we aspire to grow to 125 locations by 2028, followed by accelerated growth. Park Yoga works in partnership with local Venue Host Organisations (VHOs) - typically a Local Authority, Active Partnership or charity, Yoga Instructors and Volunteers to deliver sessions which take place every Sunday morning (9:30 – 10:30) from May to September.

Job Purpose

To lead and develop Park Yoga’s relationships with Venue Host Organisations (VHOs) and its seasonal volunteer programme, ensuring both key stakeholders are effectively supported to enable the successful delivery and continued growth of Park Yoga sessions across the UK. The role will build strong, collaborative relationships with VHOs, support the development of new venue partnerships and oversee the recruitment, training and ongoing engagement of volunteers. Working closely with the Director and Yoga Instructor Lead, the postholder will help ensure Park Yoga’s venues and volunteers are well supported, informed and aligned with the charity’s values, standards and objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
