Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Versatile Driver at CBS COURIERS LIMITED. The Versatile Driver will be responsible for operating vans and/or trucks safely and efficiently, completing scheduled deliveries, and adhering to all transportation regulations and company policies. - Planning routes
- Inspecting vehicles before and after trips
- Managing documentation such as delivery notes and logs
- Reporting any incidents or maintenance needs
The role also involves:
- Communicating with dispatchers and clients
- Providing courteous customer service during pick-ups and drop-offs
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the company on the road
Qualifications

- Strong driving skills, including safe operation of commercial vehicles and experience with various van/truck types.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with dispatch, clients, and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules or routes.
- Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness to identify and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Reliability in meeting delivery deadlines, attention to detail in documentation, and commitment to safety standards.
- Previous experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics is beneficial.
