At Ernest Gordon Recruitment, we're building something special in Exeter. Our office is home to six high-performing consultants who have established a reputation for delivering exceptional results across the engineering sector. Now we're entering the next stage of our journey.

Our ambition is to grow Exeter into the South West's leading specialist recruitment hub, expanding to a team of 50 consultants over the coming years.

We're looking for ambitious graduates who want to grow with us—not only becoming exceptional recruiters, but future managers who will build, lead and develop their own teams as the business continues to expand.

The Benefits
