Our operations cover London and the surrounding areas, serving a wide range of commercial and residential clients. Role Description
Carrying out window cleaning duties in line with the agreed work schedule, to the required standard, as well as in line with our Health & Safety guidelines and legislation.
Key areas of responsibility
- Ensure we exceed expectations of cleaning standards and duties are completed in line with the Task Description on workbills, Risk Assessments and Method Statements and where appropriate, the cleaning specification
- Follow a pre-planned schedule of works, taking before and after photos as a record of the work you have done and the standard of cleanliness you have achieved – attach these to the workbill on CMS
- Identify any problem areas and report
- Identify any additional works that could be quoted for and report
- Identify any innovations that could be suggested to the client to improve standards, enhance the level of service or provide cost efficiencies
- Check that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are current and that work is being carried out in accordance with the site’s Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensure a professional image is maintained at all times

Necessary Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Experienced window cleaner
- Experience of using Reach and Wash system and Jet Washer
- This is a Customer facing role, which requires diplomacy, tact and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety Guidelines/legislation
- Ability to work at height, during safe yet inclement weather and in difficult conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills (supportive, friendly and approachable)
- Reliable, professional with a can do attitude
- Ability to work efficiently whether supervised or unsupervised
- Excellent standard of spoken & written English
