Acta Marine is experiencing significant growth with the expansion of our current fleet to a total of seven state-of-the-art vessels, equipped with the latest technologies to minimize CO-2 emissions. All of this is aimed at contributing to a sustainable living environment for both the present and the future. To support this growth, we are looking for a Vessel Operations Support Coordinator with a practical maritime, logistics, or operational background to provide coordination support across vessel operations, port call planning, logistics and procurement follow-up, reporting, and documentation control.
Role Overview
As a Vessel Operations Support Coordinator, you will report to the Vessel Superintendent and work closely with the Operations team, Vessel Management team, and QHSE Coordinator. As part of a highly engaged team, you will help coordinate day-to-day operational follow-up, support mobilization readiness, and contribute to the smooth execution of vessel operations.

The Vessel Operations Support Coordinator role will actively support the Vessel Management team and Superintendent by coordinating practical operational follow-up, maintaining clear documentation and action trackers, supporting port calls and mobilization activities, assisting with reporting and compliance follow-up, and helping with procurement, local stakeholder requests, and daughter craft operational support. This position offers a strong development opportunity within an engaging and international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational coordination and logistics across assigned vessels and projects
- Assist with mobilization activities, port call preparation, and operational readiness follow-up
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and administrative records
- Maintain documentation updates, document control submissions, action trackers, and follow-up of open items
- Assist with downtime reporting, investigations, compliance-related follow-up, and QHSE support activities
- Provide procurement support and follow up local stakeholder requests where required
- Support vessel management teams and superintendents with day-to-day operational follow-up
- Support daughter craft operations, including crew, maintenance, and logistics coordination

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Operations, Logistics, Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maritime, offshore, logistics, vessel operations, or technical support environment
- Experience as a nautical officer, marine coordinator, marine engineer, port/logistics coordinator, or operations assistant is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office

- Good communication skills and confidence working with vessel teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks, keep clear records, and escalate issues when required
- Positive and professional attitude within a dynamic operational environment
