We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the OOH ECC Night team at a successful small animal practice in the fantastic Durham area, North East England.
- Excellent opportunity working nights on a popular 7 nights on then 21 nights off rota
- Fantastic practice with superb state-of-the-art facilities and equipment; in-house laboratory, CT scanner, digital X-ray, ultrasound, upper and lower GI tract endoscopes, rigid female canine cystoscope, bronchoscope, and a hydrotherapy.
- On-site accommodation is offered.
- This role would suit an experienced Vet with solid medical and surgical skills and experience in ECC
- This is a sole charge position working alongside one nurse and one auxiliary.
- Professional development and special interests encouraged and will support further training.
- Join an amazing OOH team with certificate holders in various disciplines.
- Fantastic place to live and work - based in the beautiful county of Durham in the North East with easy access to enjoy the city life of Durham and Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounded by stunning scenery of the North Pennines and North East Coast.

Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Registered with the RCVS
- Solid medical and surgical skills
- Experience in ECC

- Salary to £85,000.00 FTE (subject to experience)
