About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded, highly proactive and organised professional to help drive the next stage of growth across two complementary veterinary businesses.
The role will primarily support Ronda, a growing veterinary locum marketplace and workforce platform, while also contributing to new client acquisition for Precise VetPro, a provider of specialist mobile veterinary services.
This is not an administrative or reactive customer service role.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of commercial objectives, identify opportunities, decide the appropriate next steps and execute them without requiring constant direction.
Your central mission will be to help veterinary practices and professionals become active, engaged and recurring clients and platform users.
Key responsibilities

Working alongside our Practice Relationship Manager and founders, you will contribute to practice growth, platform engagement and marketplace performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring and developing relationships with veterinary practices
- Supporting newly registered practices through onboarding and early platform use
- Helping practices progress towards publishing and filling their first shifts
- Increasing repeat usage, engagement and retention
- Reactivating dormant practices and locums
- Monitoring practice, locum and shift activity across the platform
- Identifying practices or users requiring follow up, support or re engagement
- Monitoring supply and demand across locations and clinical roles
- Supporting shifts receiving insufficient applications
- Engaging suitable locums where additional supply is required
- Maintaining regular contact through calls, emails, newsletters and targeted campaigns
- Promoting relevant platform services and features
- Identifying commercial opportunities, recurring problems and risks
- Supporting initiatives aimed at reducing cancellations and activity moving outside the platform
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, clear next actions and consistent follow up
- Reporting results, insights and proposed actions to the management team
We are not looking for someone who simply reports that a problem exists. We want someone who investigates it, proposes a solution and takes action.
Precise VetPro
You will also support the commercial growth of Precise VetPro by helping us acquire new veterinary practice clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
