Role Description
The Veterinary Field Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. This role involves visiting veterinary practices and related pet care organizations to introduce and support the adoption of HopeTether’s pet identity solutions. Day-to-day activities include:

The Veterinary Field Representative will:
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics
- Collect feedback from users
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships
- Support promotional activities
- Ensure a positive experience for veterinary professionals and pet owners
Qualifications
- Strong Field Service experience, including on-site visits, product demonstrations, and client support.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging veterinary professionals, explaining technical concepts clearly, and providing updates to internal stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and managing inquiries from clinics and pet owners.
- Experience in Training veterinary or pet care teams on new tools, workflows, or systems.
- Background in Sales or account management, with the ability to identify opportunities, present value propositions, and support adoption of new solutions.
- Knowledge of or interest in veterinary medicine, animal welfare, or pet technologies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a schedule across multiple sites, and maintain accurate records of visits and outcomes.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Leeds area and potentially to surrounding regions.
