We are recruiting for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal veterinary practice in the Portsmouth area of Hampshire.

Role

  • Full-time permanent opportunity working 40-hour week includes 1 in 4 Saturday rota, no Sundays, and no OOH. (Part-time also considered)
  • Varied caseload, including cardiac and abdominal ultrasound
  • 100% small animal practice with state-of-the-art equipment; ultrasound, multi-parameter monitors, ECG, K Laser, In-house laboratory, Digital X-ray (including dental), Endoscope, Tonopen, Blood pressure monitors, Infusion pumps, syringe driver, Bair Hugger, Capnography, etc.
  • Role includes a varied mix of general nursing; theatre work, radiography, dental procedures, inpatient care, nurse-led clinics, etc.
  • Ideally, you will already have good nursing experience in practice and be looking to further develop.
  • Clinical Coach qualification (or willing to train) would be desirable.

Requirements

  • Qualified Vet Nurse
  • Registered with RCVS
  • Experience in practice
  • Clinical Coach qualification (or willing to train) desirable

Salary Package

  • Salary to £35,000.00 per annum (to reflect your experience)
  • CPD Allowance, paid holidays, paid RCVS and VDS fees, pension scheme, discounts, etc.
