About the practice
Located inside Pets at Home in Coventry Canley, our bright, modern clinic provides a welcoming environment for both pets and clients.
We’re a growing practice with an exciting opportunity for someone to become an integral part of our team and support our continued development.
What will you be doing?
- Welcoming clients and their pets and providing excellent customer service
- Building positive relationships with clients, pets, and colleagues
- Acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team
- Booking appointments and managing payments
- Providing clear and helpful information about our services
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Using our online booking system, so good computer skills are essential

About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and welcoming
- Passionate about customer service and animal care
- Calm, compassionate, and attentive to client needs
- Organized and confident using computer systems
- Positive, enthusiastic, and a great team player
- Comfortable supporting clients through both difficult and happy moments
Previous veterinary reception experience would be beneficial, but we’re equally interested in candidates with strong customer service skills and the right attitude.
Hours & salary
- Full-time – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- There are plans to introduce Saturday opening, with 2 in 4 Saturdays and time off in lieu during the week.
- Salary: In line with National Minimum Wage
