About Us
We’re a welcoming team with many years of experience between us! Our experienced practice owners are part of a vet team consisting of 3 vets on site every day and who are supported by a team of experienced nurses who utilise all their skills including schedule 3 work, and a team of non-clinical colleagues.
Marina and Emma our Practice Administrator are both Mental Health First Aiders, and the whole team are keen to help each other and get involved, holding regular practice meetings and clinical meetings too.
The practice itself is designed for more rewarding work. It’s equipped to a very high standard including Karl Storz laparoscopic equipment, dental X-Ray and a new SonoScape S9Pro ultrasound machine as well as boasting a dedicated colleague room consisting of kitchen facilities and additional office space.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
