4-day week | No OOH | 1:3 Saturday mornings

The Vet Office is recruiting an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, well-established independent small animal practice in Northwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet looking for genuine clinical autonomy, excellent facilities, and a supportive team environment — while maintaining a great work-life balance.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced vet who is confident working independently and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience across small animal general practice
  • Good medical and surgical skills
  • Confidence working independently
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • A positive and team-focused attitude
  • A genuine interest in continuing to develop clinically

Working Pattern

  • 4-day working week
  • No Out of Hours
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm)
  • Excellent continuity of cases
