Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity
We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and experienced team at our well-established Loughborough practice. This full-time role offers a 4-day working week (10-hour shifts), with participation in a 1 in 6 weekend rota at our Thurmaston 24-hour hospital, plus one bank holiday per year. Salary is up to £60,000, depending on experience. Our practice is a beautiful, purpose-built clinic with plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming environment for both colleagues and clients. We're proud to be a Cat Friendly Clinic, committed to providing a calm, low-stress experience for our feline patients. You'll enjoy a varied caseload, with an excellent mix of routine consultations and surgery alongside more complex medical and surgical cases. The practice has a particular focus on advanced soft tissue surgery, making it a fantastic opportunity for vets looking to develop their skills while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
