Are you an experienced veterinary surgeon ready to lead an excellent clinical team—without stepping away from the work you love?
CliniHunters is representing a prestigious, clinically led independent veterinary group seeking a Veterinary Surgeon, with leadership qualities or ambitions, to oversee two established practices within the dynamic group.
Supported by the Vet Owners - you will lead and support a team of three veterinary surgeons, working alongside an exceptional nursing and support team.
The role
- Provide clinical leadership across two practices
- Lead, mentor and develop the veterinary team
- Maintain and enhance high clinical standards
- Remain actively involved in consultations and surgery
- Help shape clinical strategy and practice development
- Contribute to the continued growth of the independent group

About you
- RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon
- Strong UK small-animal experience
- Confident in routine and advanced soft-tissue surgery
- Orthopaedic experience or a strong interest in orthopaedics would be advantageous
- Natural leadership and team-development skills
- Excellent communication and client-care abilities
- Previous leadership experience would be beneficial, but we also welcome applications from experienced veterinary surgeons ready to take their first formal clinical leadership position.
