As we continue to grow, our successful small animal practice in Bulwell has a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and professional team!
About us
We are a busy practice with an established and ever-growing client-base as well as a varied caseload. Our bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, endoscopy, advanced ultrasound machine, operating theatre, medical class 4 laser and in-house laboratory facilities.
Our partners Clare Vitale and Janet Hammond lead an experienced team of 5 Vets, 5 Nurses and 4 receptionists. Clare graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1999, and Janet graduated in 2002 and did her training at Bottle Green.
Bulwell is situated in Robin Hood country, 4.5 miles from Nottingham's busy city centre, yet still close to the picturesque Peak District. We are on the doorstep of handy transport links including being situated right near East Midlands Airport.
About you
We are looking for someone confident, friendly and enthusiastic with great communication skills. You’ll have good general small animal surgical and medical abilities and a desire to learn and improve.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy environment where client and patient care are key. We’re keen to talk with you if you’re a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with at least one years’ UK experience under your belt.

We are looking for candidates seeking full time employment. Ideally, we’d like it if you could work 4 days a week, with 1:4 Saturdays with the following Friday off after working the Saturday. We have no OOH, no Sundays and no bank holidays!
