Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The team and practice

Village Vet Hampstead is a busy, progressive and well-established small animal practice integrated with Vet24, creating an environment where first opinion practice and urgent care work seamlessly together. Every day brings something different, making this an ideal role for a vet who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing their clinical skills or continuing to hone their practice within a supportive environment.

Clinical excellence sits at the heart of everything we do. Our experienced team includes 17 veterinary surgeons, 11 of whom hold certificates across a range of disciplines, supported by a strong and capable nursing team, creating a culture where collaboration, learning and high-quality patient care go hand in hand. We hold regular clinical governance meetings, and ongoing audits to continually improve the care we provide.

As an integrated practice with Vet24, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds. You'll manage a rewarding first opinion caseload while also seeing urgent care and hospital cases that keep every day interesting. It offers the variety and clinical challenge many experienced GPs are looking for, while still providing the continuity of care and client relationships that make first opinion practice so rewarding.

On top of all this, our clients are highly engaged and committed to achieving the very best outcomes for their pets, allowing our clinicians to investigate and manage cases to an excellent clinical standard. You'll have access to outstanding facilities and equipment, while always having experienced colleagues nearby to discuss cases and share ideas.

Just as importantly, we're proud of the culture we've built. We believe everyone should come to work with positive intent, creating a supportive, respectful and inclusive environment where people enjoy working together. From regular social events to collaborative clinical discussions, you'll be joining a close-knit team that genuinely values one another. Village Vet Hampstead works hard to maintain an environment built on trust, respect and collaboration. Ours is a close-knit team that celebrates success together, supports one another through challenges and enjoys spending time together outside of work, with regular team socials helping to strengthen those relationships.
