We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and passionate veterinary surgeon to join our vibrant team. You will ideally have good general surgical and medical skills and be keen to develop and learn in a bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery purpose built to industry-leading standards. We are open to and can consider newly qualified or graduate vets also.
About us
We are a team of 18, with 5 Vets working full-time. We have a 50% exotics and wildlife caseload; exotics experience isn’t required but there is the opportunity to gain experience in this area.
The practice caters for cats, dogs, and exotics and has species-specific wards, along with state-of-the-art equipment. The role will suit a confident cat and dog vet looking to further their career within a supportive and progressive team.

This rewarding position is full-time with consideration towards part-time hours.
Offering a competitive salary from £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- We have no OOH requirements as this is already managed for us
- 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – You will have a day off prior to weekend shifts, and 2 days off post weekend shifts. Work/life balance is important, and this will be considered in rota creation
- CPD is encouraged and supported
Successful applicants should be confident with some sole charge responsibility and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues
