Veterinary Surgeon – Brunswick Place

About the Role

Brunswick Place is an established small-animal practice offering an excellent environment in which to develop your veterinary career. Our highly experienced Senior Vets have a combined 60 years of service and have built a loyal client base spanning generations. We are now looking for a curious, enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who is keen to learn and passionate about providing excellent patient and client care.

You will work with a varied caseload of cats, dogs and rabbits, with the freedom to develop at a pace that suits your experience and ambitions.

We actively encourage professional development, including support for certificates and postgraduate qualifications. You'll also have support available on site, you will have access to mentoring and guidance whenever you need it, not just in the practice but through our 3,000 learning courses and our Regional Clinical Lead and Advanced Clinical Services Network, giving you instant access to Specialist level support on more complex cases.

Life at Brunswick Place

Our practice has served the community from the same site for around 70 years. We have a warm, family-style culture and welcome colleagues who want to contribute beyond their day-to-day clinical work. Whether you are interested in clinical improvement, client initiatives or team projects, you will be encouraged to get involved in the areas that matter to you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
