Veterinary Surgeon - Full Time / Part time

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our talented, friendly and collaborative team, giving you the chance to enjoy a varied client base and be part of a highly regarded practice. Our delightful veterinary practice in Ilkeston, Derbyshire is a great place to work with a supportive team who genuinely enjoys what they do. The bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including dental and digital x-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring equipment, physio grade laser, veterinary physiotherapist and laboratory in-house. With the M1, train station and East Midlands airport nearby the practice has great transport links and is easily accessible.

You will be joining our Partners, Tim and Michelle, and their brilliant team of 3 full time Vets, 6 RVNs, and team of 4 client care advisors. Both practice partners work on site in order to best support the business, team and clients.
A negotiable 40 hours (3.5 days) per week will include 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 4pm) and minimal sole charge. You’ll demonstrate sound medical and surgical experience as well as confidence in communicating with clients and their pets. Ideally we are looking for a vet with a minimum of 18 months experience.
