Looking for a Veterinary Surgeon role that gives you clinical autonomy, genuine flexibility and the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload, while still having a supportive team around you? Welcome to Scarborough Vets for Pets.
We’re looking for an experienced RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with 3+ years’ experience who is confident working independently and enjoys the variety and responsibility that comes with sole charge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet who wants to have a real influence on how they work, with the freedom to make clinical decisions and develop their own areas of interest, while having access to support when needed.

You'll be joining a friendly, community-focused practice where you’ll have the independence to work confidently as a sole-charge vet, alongside access to support and expertise whenever you need it.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Have 3+ years’ experience
- Are confident working in a sole-charge environment
- Are comfortable managing routine consultations, surgery and your own caseload
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are confident making independent clinical decisions
- Are passionate about outstanding patient and client care
- Enjoy having autonomy and contributing to the development of a practice
- Are interested in certificate progression, with full support available

- Up to £85,000 FTE DOE
- £5,000 welcome bonus or relocation support
