Are you passionate about ECC or OOH work? We are looking for an experienced ECC Vet to join our dedicated OOH service at Carmarthen Veterinary Centre. We have accommodation available on site for your nights on if necessary.

Carmarthen Veterinary Centre is a purpose-built, award-winning hospital in the heart of West Wales. We're a busy, multi-discipline practice with a highly experienced and supportive team, and we're proud to provide outstanding care across a varied and interesting caseload — including complex orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries, as well as exotics and wildlife.

You'll be working alongside 4 ECC small animal vets and a fantastic nursing and support team who enjoy working collaboratively and making the most of everyone's strengths.
The hospital is well equipped, with the recent installation of a CT scanner, further strengthening our diagnostic capabilities. We're always open to developing the service, and you'll be encouraged to get involved in clinical discussions and decision-making.
The role
We're looking for a vet with 3+ years' experience to join us. If you're confident with consults and general surgery and enjoy working as part of a wider clinical team, we'd love to hear from you. This role involves 1 weekend per month, which is a 12 hour shift on Saturday and Sunday.
