Veterinary Surgeon – Full-Time Role

Location: Andover, SP10 4D Practice: Vets for Pets Andover

  • Class IV laser
  • Ultrasound with colour Doppler

  • Takes ownership of cases independently but thrives in:
    • Consultations and routine surgeries
    • Sharing ideas with a supportive 4-vet team, nursing staff, and support team —Sole-charge experience is a bonus—
  • Participates in 1 in 4 Saturdays on a sole-charge basis
  • Focuses on professional development, utilising targeted CPD opportunities

Hours & Flexibility

  • Full-time: Up to 40 hours per week (strong part-time applications also considered)
  • No overtime (OOH) or overnight inpatient checks
  • Sunday and unsociable hours are not required

Requirements & Qualifications

We welcome a diverse range of candidates, including:

  • At least 2+ years of UK small-animal practice experience (new graduates are also encouraged)
  • Confidence in:
    • Routine/emergency surgery
    • Client communication and patient care
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both pets and owners
