Veterinary Surgeon – Aspen Veterinary Surgery

Aspen Veterinary Surgery is looking for an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, well-established first opinion team. With a loyal client base, excellent RVN support and a collaborative team culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for a vet looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting and providing first opinion veterinary care
- Performing routine surgery procedures
- Conducting medical work-ups and diagnostics
- Delivering high standards of patient and client care
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the practice
- Participating in the Saturday rota, expected to be 1 in 3

What we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll have 2–3 years' postgraduate experience and be confident performing routine surgery independently and working without direct supervision when required. Ultrasound experience would be highly desirable, and we’d welcome vets with interests in soft tissue surgery, diagnostic imaging or other areas of clinical development.
