MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon
We are looking for an all-rounder MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon to join our partner-led practice from December 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Role Overview
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within the clinic, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained at all times. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for our clients, patients, and colleagues, providing compassionate care and support while upholding the highest standards of clinical, regulatory, and operational compliance.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked over a 4-day week, with Fridays off. You will also participate in a 1 in 3 Saturday rota across the branch/branches, or a 1 in 6 full weekend rota at our 24-hour hospital in Watford.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working across a broad range of first-opinion cases, enjoys being part of a team, and is keen to contribute to the continued success and development of our partner-led practice.
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
Key Responsibilities
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
