We’re open to 4 or 5-day working patterns, with a mix of early and late shifts. There’s a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota, no out-of-hours work, and flexibility to swap shifts when needed. You’ll work across the Beaconsfield area.

Everything You Need to Do Your Best Work

Our well-equipped practice includes three consultation rooms, separate cat and dog wards, a prep and dental area with dental X-ray, a fully equipped theatre, ultrasound, a dedicated X-ray room and an in-house lab. We also make space for you to unwind, with comfortable staff areas, a quiet admin office and the all-important weekly fruit and snacks alongside unlimited tea and coffee.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Varied Cases That Keep Things Interesting

You’ll enjoy a balanced mix of consults and surgery, treating cats, dogs, rabbits and small furries, with the occasional exotic patient too. Alongside routine procedures, we carry out orthopaedic and advanced soft tissue surgery, with plenty of opportunity to develop a special interest or use existing certificate skills.

We encourage autonomy, innovation and professional growth. Whether you want to expand services or pursue further qualifications, you’ll be fully supported through regular team discussions, shared learning and collaboration with other inspiring vet care practices and certificate holders.

A Small Team with a Big Heart

Our friendly team of vets, nurses, animal care assistants and receptionists work closely together, with RVNs actively involved in nurse consults and procedures. We also take pride in supporting local charities, including Alley Cat Rescue and Cats Protection, because caring extends beyond the clinic walls.
