White Cross Vets Coventry Veterinary Surgeon Role
White Cross Vets Coventry are looking for that special person with a passion for quality to join us on the journey as a Veterinary Surgeon.
The clinic is brand new purpose built and state of the art with two theatres, a dental suite, and an imaging suite together with a host of medical equipment to support you to provide first-class patient care to the pets in the surrounding area.
If you are passionate about promoting preventative healthcare in dogs, cats, and rabbits, and be equally at home in the consult room as in the theatre, this position would be ideal for you. We are passionate about wellbeing, and we are happy to hear to tailor the role around your personal life, being either full-time or part-time, or term-time only.
Our Brand New Practice
Based in Coventry, close to Canley Rail Station and with great road, and air links within a fifteen-minute drive from the clinic. You have the benefit of being close to Birmingham or for those who prefer the out-door life, the Cotswolds are only a short drive away with fantastic walks and scenery.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You are a confident and motivated veterinary surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to delivering high-quality patient and client care. You’ll bring:
- A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A passion for delivering excellent patient and client care

£0 - £65,000 a year
Up to £65,000 pa DOE
