Vetting Administrator
📍 Segensworth, Hampshire
We are looking for an organised and discreet Vetting Administrator to support our personnel security processes at Kraken Technology Group.
Working closely with our Security Manager, you will coordinate BPSS screening and UK Security Vetting applications, maintain accurate security records and help employees, contractors and line managers navigate the vetting process.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating BPSS screening and UKSV applications
- Monitoring vetting progress and following up on outstanding actions
- Maintaining personnel security records, registers and databases
- Supporting security clearance reviews, renewals and aftercare activities
- Administering changes that may affect an individual’s security requirements
- Maintaining records relating to overseas travel and visits
- Supporting visitor management processes
- Providing wider administrative support across security activities
- Helping to improve personnel security processes and administration

What we’re looking for:
- Experience within industrial security, defence or another security-focused environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Clear and confident communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience maintaining secure records, systems or databases
- UK Security Clearance, or the ability to meet the necessary clearance requirements
