Job Role
This role involves creating high-quality animal CGI and motion effects for a live-action dog project, focusing on realistic feather movement, breathing, environmental interaction, and seamless integration with human actors. The specialist will collaborate closely with the director, providing technical insights and addressing potential challenges throughout the production process. The project is currently in the scriptwriting phase, and the selected freelancer will be informed of the timeline in the coming months. Full-time commitment and strict confidentiality are essential, with the possibility of ongoing work based on performance.

- Develop and animate realistic animal CGI, including feather movement and breathing effects
- Integrate CGI elements seamlessly with live-action footage and human characters
- Ensure environmental interactions are natural and believable
- Provide technical explanations and solutions to the director as needed
- Meet project deadlines and maintain confidentiality throughout the engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in VFX and 3D animation, specifically using Blender
- Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic animal CGI and motion effects
- Ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Full-time availability for the duration of the project; no concurrent commitments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Commitment to strict confidentiality and professional standards
