VFX is delivered across multiple disciplines, channels, clients and products. We create animated characters, full computer-generated car configurators with millions of variations, computer-generated food with AI backgrounds, photo-real, real-time environments, water simulations for 3D products, digital twins and much more.
The department includes lighters, modellers, animators, pipeline developers and producers in both onshore and offshore locations supporting global and local client needs.

What does a VFX Producer do at WPP Production?
The VFX Producer serves as the main client interface for assigned projects, managing communication, budgets, timelines, and risks from pitch to delivery. They ensure quality standards are consistently met by collaborating with internal teams and providing clients with accurate, timely updates.
With strong project management and communication skills, the VFX Producer delivers exceptional service, fostering trust and engagement through a solution-driven, collaborative approach. Attention to detail is critical, given the complexity and volume of outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead interface for the day-to-day client engagement on assigned projects.
- Point of contact for client and agency partner queries on assigned projects regarding status, timings, budget and changes.
- Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in new opportunities with the clients and agency partners.
Requirements
- Plan & manage delivery of projects for clients across a range of different executions.
- Creation and maintenance of statement of works, estimates, briefs, project plans, RAID logs, change control and RAG reports.
- Organise & manage statuses, retrospectives & lessons learnt sessions, where applicable, documenting where necessary.
- Monitor project risks & issues, ensuring where required that actions are in place to resolve or mitigate, escalating at the earliest opportunity when required.
- Regular financial reporting and reconciliations, ensuring project budgets are managed within tolerances.
- Interface with 3rd party vendors, agency partners and internal departments where applicable.
- Ensure high quality delivery of projects, ensuring all relevant quality assurance protocols are followed.
