Role Description
The Vice President Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for leading and executing acquisition strategies, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating commercial real estate transactions, and managing the deal pipeline. The Vice President Acquisition will collaborate closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to structure deals, negotiate terms, and support smooth closings. The role also involves:
- Monitoring market trends
- Maintaining strong industry relationships
- Contributing to long-term growth planning
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Acquisitions, with a track record of sourcing, evaluating, and closing commercial real estate or related transactions.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise, including financial modeling, valuation, and assessment of transaction structures.
- Proficiency in Due Diligence processes, including risk assessment, document review, and coordination with legal and technical advisors.
- Underwriting skills with the ability to evaluate cash flows, credit risk, and investment performance metrics.
- Background in commercial real estate, title, or financial services preferred, with understanding of transaction, escrow, and closing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to influence decisions at senior levels.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MRICS) are a plus.
