Mapletree is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management to take a leading role overseeing a significant UK portfolio within its global student accommodation platform.

This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation with substantial scale, long-term capital and a clear commitment to the living sector. Working at the intersection of investment, operations and strategy, you will be responsible for driving asset performance, enhancing value and leading a high-performing asset management team.

The successful candidate will oversee portfolio strategy, business planning, operational performance, income growth, pricing, leasing and capital initiatives, while playing a key role in shaping the future direction of one of the sector's most significant portfolios.

Individuals must be able to demonstrate:

  • Significant real estate asset management experience, ideally within PBSA, BTR, hospitality, residential or other operational real estate sectors
  • A track record of driving asset performance, NOI growth and value creation across complex portfolios
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen combined with a hands-on operational mindset
  • Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across investment, operations and third-party partners
  • The ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable portfolio outcomes
