Business Process Design

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Process Design to join our Business Transformation Team within Global Payments & Trade. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the delivery of complex projects within Global Payments & Trade, from intake and demand management, through to benefits realization.
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements
  • Develop current and target state operating models to support process and organizational transformation.
  • Support the transformation strategy and roadmap, and deliver on business case and OKRs, for Global Payments & Trade
  • Collaborates on enterprise transformation projects to ensure they are aligned with the TS strategy and objectives.
  • Controls initiatives, enlists the work of senior managers and staff
  • Deliver quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Works with CAO, Risk and Compliance to support controls and process enhancements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
  • Business analysis and process design, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Experience gathering information from multiple sources to create current and target state business process models
  • Capable of proactively identifying core problems or opportunities within business processes
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience operating within agile framework with technology and design partners.
