Privea Partners
Privea Partners raises equity and debt for companies from single and multi family offices across EMEA and the Gulf. We work exclusively in the €2 million to €25 million band, across more than 140 family office relationships in 26 markets, with a senior team whose combined transaction track record exceeds US$13 billion.
Our outbound engine books qualified founder calls every day. We are hiring the person who turns those calls into signed mandates and then owns the relationship through to onboarding.
This is a closing seat, not a prospecting seat.
The Role
From the moment a qualified call lands in your calendar until the client is onboarded, the account is yours. You are the banker to that founder:
- Run discovery and diagnose the raise properly: the story, the numbers, the structure, and whether we should take the mandate at all
- Build and deliver the proposal, negotiate the fee and the terms, and close the engagement
- Hold the relationship between touchpoints, by call, email and WhatsApp, at the standard a principal expects
- Work with our execution team on materials and deal preparation
- Meet founders in person and travel when the mandate justifies it
- When you are not on calls, you are improving the process: qualification criteria, proposal structure, objection handling, conversion
You will be selling judgement, not a product. The founders you speak to are deciding whether to trust us with the most consequential transaction of their company's life, and most of them are talking to two other advisers.
The Pipeline
You do not prospect. A full outbound engine across email, LinkedIn and phone hands you qualified founder calls daily. Currently around 50 qualified calls per week per closer. Your job is to convert them and carry them to onboarding.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We will tell you our actual historical close rate on the first interview. If a firm will not, that tells you something.
The Comp
- $2,000 per month base, plus 7.5% of every engagement fee you close
- Average engagement is $20,000, so a typical close is $1,500 to you
- Realistic month-three expectation is $40k/m, stated as what current closers actually do, not as a ceiling
- Uncapped $240k-500k. Paid monthly.
The base covers your floor. The commission is the job. We would rather over-explain the maths on the first call than have you discover it in month two.
Who You Are
- You have closed high-value B2B or advisory engagements and can evidence it: deal count, ticket sizes, revenue closed, over what period
- You are comfortable with financial language. You do not need to be an ex-banker, but you must be able to hold a credible conversation about EBITDA, valuation, dilution and deal structure without reaching for a script
- You sell to founders and owners, which is a different sale to selling to procurement. You read the person as carefully as the numbers
- You are self-directed. Nobody has had to manage your calendar since you were twenty-five
- Fluent, professional English and the presence to sit across from a principal. Passport valid and no travel restrictions across EMEA.
Who This Is Not For
- Anyone who needs a defined salary and a fixed job description
- Anyone who has only ever closed inbound, or only ever sold software
- Anyone who wants the pipeline explained twice
- Anyone who is uncomfortable being measured weekly on conversion

How We Work
Small, senior and deliberately unbureaucratic. You will report to the Managing Partner directly and have access to the full family office network from week one. There is no committee between you and a decision.
The standard is institutional. Every document that leaves this firm is built to the quality a Goldman Sachs or JPMorgan client would expect, and we hold conversations to the same standard. That is the whole proposition to our clients, and it is why the mandates close.
We are not going to tell you this is a lifestyle or a family. It is a demanding commercial role with real earnings attached, run by people who have done it before.
How To Apply
Send three things:
- Your track record with the numbers attached. Deals closed, ticket sizes, revenue, over what period, at which firms
- A two-minute video on the largest deal you have ever closed and exactly how you closed it. Not the pitch. The mechanics: how it was qualified, where it nearly died, what you did
- One line on why this band, €2 million to €25 million, and this counterparty, family offices, interests you
Applications without the video will not be reviewed.
The Process
- Twenty-minute screening call
- A working session where we hand you a real prospect scenario and you run the discovery on us
- A conversation with the Managing Partner on comp, ramp and the first ninety days
- Offer
We move quickly. Expect a decision within 5 working days of the first call.
