We are hiring the Harvey Specter of capital raising.

We are a capital advisory firm working with founders across Europe and the Gulf who are raising capital or selling their companies. Our outbound engine books qualified founder calls every single day. We need the person who turns those calls into signed mandates and owns every account like it is their own firm.

The Role

From the moment a qualified call lands in your calendar to the moment the client onboards, the account is yours. You are the everything-banker to your prospects:

  • Run discovery and diagnose the raise: the story, the numbers, the structure
  • Build and deliver the proposal, negotiate, and close the engagement
  • Stay close to the prospect between touchpoints: calls, email, WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with our execution IB team on materials and deal prep
  • Meet prospects face to face and fly internationally when a deal calls for it
  • When you are not on calls, you are in the business: sharpening strategy, owning your process end to end, and making it better every week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Pipeline

You do not prospect. A full outbound engine (email, LinkedIn, phone) hands you qualified founder calls daily. Your job is to close them and carry them all the way to onboarding.

The Comp

$1,500/month base + 7.5% of every engagement fee you close

  • Average engagement is $30,000, so each close is $2,250 to you
  • Close 2 deals a week from our pipeline and you clear $20k in month one
  • The standard by month three is $50k/month minimum, and every month thereafter
  • That is a $240k-$600k+ run rate with no ceiling. The base is a formality; the commission is the job.

Who You Are

  • A proven closer of high-ticket B2B deals, with the numbers to show for it
  • Strategic. You think in deal structures and founder psychology, not scripts
  • Genuinely obsessed with finance, capital raising, and investment banking
  • First to show up, last to leave. Nobody has ever had to manage you
  • Native-level English, boardroom presence, passport ready

Who This Is Not For

  • Anyone looking for a salary and a job description
  • Anyone who needs the pipeline explained twice
  • Anyone who switches off at 6pm

The Culture

This is not a job, it is a lifestyle. You will be joining a small, obsessed team that operates like a family. You will work harder than you ever have and make more money than you ever have, in that order.

How to Apply

Apply with your track record and your numbers (deals closed, ticket sizes, revenue), plus a 2-minute video telling us about the biggest deal you have ever closed and exactly how you closed it. Applications without the video will not be reviewed.
