Position Description
At CGI, you'll drive strategic growth across Wales, building senior client relationships and turning opportunities into long term partnerships and measurable business outcomes. As Vice President, Client Growth, you'll shape and convert major opportunities, bring the breadth of CGI's capabilities to clients and lead teams to deliver sustainable growth. You'll have the autonomy to influence our commercial direction, the freedom to develop creative approaches to client needs, and the support of a collaborative community of experts.

This is a hybrid position.
Your future duties and responsibilities
You'll lead business development across Wales, taking ownership of strategic client relationships, growth plans and major opportunities. Working with senior decision makers, you'll identify where CGI can add value, shape compelling propositions and guide opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.

Also, you will lead and support the business development team, strengthening CGI's presence in the Welsh market by sharing expertise, encouraging new ideas and maintaining a clear focus on client and commercial success.
- Grow & Convert: Build a strong pipeline across Wales and turn qualified opportunities into sustainable revenue.
- Engage & Influence: Develop trusted relationships with C suite and senior client stakeholders.
- Shape & Deliver: Lead client development plans, proposals and strategic pursuits.
- Negotiate & Secure: Lead commercial and contract negotiations through to successful agreement.
- Manage & Forecast: Maintain accurate pipeline, sales and forecasting information.
- Lead & Collaborate: Connect expertise across CGI to strengthen client outcomes and support growth in Wales.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
You'll bring strong experience in business development, strategic sales or client growth within a complex services environment. You'll combine commercial judgement with the ability to build senior relationships, lead significant opportunities and identify growth potential across the Welsh market.
- Significant business development or strategic sales experience.
- Proven success building senior and C suite client relationships.
- Experience shaping and converting complex, high value opportunities.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and sales pipeline management skills.
- Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of, or experience working within, the Welsh market.
- Knowledge of managed services
