Client Director - Insurance Accounts
Global Insurance Consultancy | Market Leader in Insurance Operations & Solutions
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Build Strategic Relationships. Drive Growth. Shape Client Success.
We're partnering with a rapidly growing global insurance consultancy that is transforming the way insurers, reinsurers, brokers and MGAs operate.
As part of continued growth across the UK and EMEA, we're looking for an experienced Client Director to manage a portfolio of strategic insurance accounts, strengthen executive relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
This role is focused on account growth, client engagement and relationship management, rather than pure business development. You'll become a trusted advisor to some of the industry's leading organisations, working closely with delivery, consulting and solution teams to help clients achieve their business objectives.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of major insurance clients, acting as the primary relationship lead and executive point of contact.
Working across multiple stakeholders, you'll ensure clients realise value from existing engagements, identify new opportunities and help shape long-term strategic partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
