Equifind are partnering with a leading private equity firm in London to appoint a Senior Reward & Compensation Manager into its HR and Reward team.
This is a high-visibility role for an experienced Compensation & Benefits / Reward professional looking to take ownership of a broad Reward remit within a sophisticated, international financial-services environment.
You’ll work closely with senior HR stakeholders and the wider business, combining technical Reward expertise with commercial judgement and strong stakeholder management. There is also genuine scope to shape and evolve the function, particularly across processes, technology and automation.
The Role
You’ll have ownership across a broad Compensation, Benefits and Reward remit, including:
- Leading the annual compensation review cycle, partnering with HR and senior stakeholders on salary and bonus decisions.
- Advising on individual compensation cases, senior-level offers and hiring decisions.
- Preparing compensation recommendations, offer proposals and salary benchmarking analysis.
- Using market data to advise on competitive pay across different roles and geographies.
- Managing employee benefits across a multi-country European population, working closely with brokers and external providers.
- Partnering with HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance on reward governance, reporting and remuneration requirements.
- Supporting compensation planning, budgets and senior-level reward decisions.
- Reviewing and improving existing Reward processes, systems and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and technology, including exploring the use of AI across Compensation & Benefits.
- Contributing to wider Reward, wellbeing and employee initiatives across the business.

What You'll Bring:
- 5–8 years’ experience across Compensation & Benefits, Reward or Total Reward.
- Experience within private equity, private markets, hedge funds, asset management or broader financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits and salary benchmarking.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries / European jurisdictions.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
- The ability to challenge constructively and communicate complex Reward matters clearly.
- Experience improving Reward processes, systems or reporting.
- An interest in AI, automation and Reward technology.
- A highly discreet and detail-oriented approach when handling confidential compensation information.
