Vice President, Global Food and Hospitality Services
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Global Food and Hospitality Services to join our Global Corporate Services Division (GCSD) team. This role is located in London, UK.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Define and lead the global strategy and multi-year roadmap for Food, Hospitality and Fitness Centre Services.
- Serve as the global subject matter expert for employee dining, catering, hospitality, reception, conference, guest services, and fitness centres.
- Establish global governance, service standards, performance frameworks, and reporting to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
- Lead vendor oversight, service transformation, risk management, and financial performance across the service portfolio.
- Partner with service leads worldwide to translate global strategy into local execution while addressing market requirements, regulation and workplace demand.
- Champion a client-obsessed culture focused on service excellence, proactive issue resolution, measurable outcomes and a differentiated workplace experience.
- Provide executive oversight of global programmes and projects, including sourcing events, business cases, implementation planning, benefits tracking, service transformations and vendor mobilisations.
- Lead the service workstream for workplace openings, consolidations, reconfigurations and refurbishments, ensuring concepts, infrastructure requirements and operating plans are incorporated early.
- Own governance for global and local providers, including contractual performance, service reviews, compliance, issue resolution, innovation roadmaps and escalation management.
- Partner with Procurement on sourcing strategies, competitive events, negotiations and contract structures that balance resilience, quality, innovation and total cost of ownership.
- Maintain a robust control environment with clear procedures, audit readiness, issue management and risk escalation across the service portfolio.
- Influence senior stakeholders worldwide through expert guidance, strategic recommendations and clear reporting on performance, risk and opportunity.
- Serve as the central escalation point for significant service issues involving senior management, internal stakeholders, employees, guests and external partners.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Several years of leadership experience in workplace services, food and beverage operations, hospitality, facilities support, or a related vendor-managed environment.
- Experience operating globally with responsibility for strategy, governance, vendor management, and programme delivery.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis, savings tracking, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
