Join us as a Vice President in Digital Solutions Sales

This is an opportunity to help grow a strategic Digital Solutions business that sits at the heart of NatWest's digital-first agenda.

You'll focus on institutional customer segments, helping clients adopt digital solutions that improve efficiency, execution, automation and the customer experience.

You'll work across Currencies and Fixed Income as well as growing areas such as Digital Assets, Data Sales and software-as-a-service propositions, driving direct revenue opportunities and supporting the wider franchise in delivering digital growth.

This is a chance to play a key role in scaling established digital workflow solutions while helping commercialise new innovative propositions.

You'll work with sophisticated institutional clients, helping them transform workflows, digitise operating models and unlock greater efficiency through technology-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

As a Vice President within Digital Solutions Sales, you'll be responsible for identifying, originating and growing client opportunities across NatWest Markets' Digital Solutions product suite. You'll focus on institutional customers, working closely with product specialists, relationship managers and coverage teams to help clients solve operational and workflow challenges through digital solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role. You'll work across sales, product, trading, technology, risk, legal and compliance functions to ensure our digital propositions are aligned to client needs and delivered effectively across the NatWest franchise. You'll build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across established and emerging workflow, automation, data and platform-based propositions, helping institutional clients solve real business challenges through digital transformation. Acting as a trusted adviser, you'll work closely with customers to understand their operating models, identify inefficiencies and co-create scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable commercial and operational benefits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
