About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer with deep automotive industry expertise to lead integrated productions across national marketing initiatives. This role oversees creative execution—from concept to delivery—for broadcast, digital, social, experiential, CRM, retail, and emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate has: ✔ Extensive automotive experience, including vehicle launches, dealer/retail marketing, connected vehicle ecosystems, experiential activations, and large-scale content production.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Lead integrated productions for automotive marketing, covering vehicle launches, brand campaigns, CRM, retail, experiential, social, and content ecosystems while managing client relationships.
- Develop production strategies balancing creativity, efficiency, budget, and timing.
- Oversee bidding, scoping, staffing, contract negotiations, and production planning.
- Identify opportunities to innovate with emerging technologies, including:
- AI-enabled workflows
- Virtual production
- Content automation
- Ensure legal compliance, business affairs, union requirements, talent management, licensing, and creative delivery align with stakeholder needs.
- Mentor and develop producers on the team.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- 10–12 years of integrated production experience in a large agency or in-house setting.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven automotive industry experience, including:
- Vehicle launch campaigns
- Retail and B2B marketing
- Dealer communication strategies
- Strong creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., producers, vendors, clients).
- Full command of agency production disciplines (e.g., broadcast, digital, experiential).
- Senior client-facing skills, including negotiation, mediation, and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse talents.
- Experience in pitch work, building A/V assets, and client presentations.
- Must have prepared a reel and portfolio showcasing past work.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Range: USD $129,485 - $177,200 annually. Note: Pay is determined based on skills, experience, and market factors. Temporary roles may be eligible for SelectUSA benefits.
