INVESTMENT BANKING VICE PRESIDENT
Location: London, UK (On-site)
Start: As soon as possible
We're currently searching for an M&A VP for a well-known Elite Boutique Investment Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of mid-market M&A projects, including internal and external process management and communication with clients, prospective investors, and advisors
- Responsibility for the preparation of transaction documents such as long/short lists, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Managing project organization (due diligence, data room management, workshops, etc.) and supporting contract negotiations
- Leading and developing the team as well as contributing to organizational development, including AI-assisted processes and tools
- Contributing to deal origination by leading the creation of pitch and sector presentations and building your own M&A network

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- At least 5-7 years of experience in M&A
- Exceptional analytical and modelling abilities (DCF, LBO, Operating model)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Capacity to thrive under pressure while efficiently meeting deadlines
- Native or full professional proficiency in English language
