The era of pervasive AI has arrived. In this era, organizations will use generative AI to unlock hidden value in their data, accelerate processes, reduce costs, drive efficiency and innovation to fundamentally transform their businesses and operations at scale.

SambaNova Suite™ is the first full-stack, generative AI platform, from chip to model, optimized for enterprise and government organizations. Powered by the intelligent SN40L chip, the SambaNova Suite is a fully integrated platform, delivered on-premises or in the cloud, combined with state-of-the-art open-source models that can be easily and securely fine-tuned using customer data for greater accuracy. Once adapted with customer data, customers retain model ownership in perpetuity, so they can turn generative AI into one of their most valuable assets.

We are seeking a high-performing, transformative Vice President, EMEIA Sales, to lead our regional sales organization through our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will serve as a pivotal member of the executive go-to-market (GTM) leadership team.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating SambaNova’s corporate vision into localized strategic execution across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. You will lead, coach, and scale a team of high-caliber sub-geo leaders, account executives, and solution engineers. The core mandate for this position is executing against our newly refined GTM strategy, offering cutting-edge AI products to precisely defined market segments and accounts, establishing disciplined operational execution, and building a highly repeatable, predictable revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Leadership & Strategic Execution: Own and deliver the regional GTM plan for EMEIA. Translate revenue goals into actionable, territory-specific execution plans across defined target segments (neo clouds, enterprise, government, and model-makers).
  • Sub-Geo Management & Team Scaling: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sub-regional leadership teams across the region. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and sales excellence, working with the Field Operations team.
  • New Product Introduction & Market Penetration: Successfully execute the commercial rollout of SambaNova’s newest product lines into target customer segments via defined sales motions for each product/subsegment.
  • Building Repeatability & Predictability: Establish standardized, enterprise-grade sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling) across the region in partnership with the Field Operations team. Drive consistent pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, rigorous deal qualification, and maximize sales velocity.
  • Direct Deal Support & C-Suite Relationship Building: Act as an executive sponsor on strategic enterprise deals. Build deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives across EMEIA’s largest segments.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner intimately with the Field Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to align regional market needs with product roadmaps and enablement programs.
  • Governance & Pipeline Integrity: Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and business reviews (QBRs) with the Field Operations VP and the CRO, delivering precise and accurate forecast insights and pipeline analytics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
