Luxury Executive is leading a confidential search for a Vice President, Events & Experiences to join the executive leadership team of one of London’s most distinctive luxury lifestyle destinations.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a landmark London destination through exceptional events, experiences, and private-client relationships. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the shareholders, the Vice President will create a world-class programme for an UHNW and internationally connected audience and serve as a visible, trusted, and highly credible host.

The Mandate

UHNW private-client relationships

  • Define and lead the strategy for attracting, engaging, and retaining a discerning UHNW and VVIP audience.
  • Bring credible relationships across private clients, family principals, luxury leaders, cultural figures, talent, and influential communities.
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with exceptional discretion, judgment, and cultural fluency.
  • Translate insight into thoughtful introductions, privileges, and experiences that deepen participation, loyalty, and advocacy.

Exceptional events and experiences

  • Originate and own a distinctive year-round programme of invitation-only social events, cultural programming, entertainment, and exceptional experiences.
  • Create concepts that unite the right audience, occasion, creative idea, setting, and commercial purpose—from intimate private dinners and salons to landmark cultural and social moments.
  • Lead the full journey from concept and guest strategy through curation, production, hosting, delivery, and post-event evaluation.
  • Direct internal teams, creative partners, talent, agencies, suppliers, significant budgets, and exacting delivery standards.
  • Build a programme that strengthens relationships and establishes the destination as an important part of London’s luxury and cultural life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
