📢 VP Finance | Hospitality | London

💷 Salary: Up to £175,000 FTE
📍 Location: London (Office-Based)
🗓️ Duration: 3-6 month FTC

We’re seeking a senior finance leader to join a highly ambitious, multi-site international hospitality organisation backed by private equity. This role requires an immediate start and will be on a fixed term contract of 3-6 months, with a high likelihood of becoming permanent if desired.

This is a high-impact interim role acting as the No.2 to the CFO, combining strategic leadership with strong financial control across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operation.

📌 Key Duties:

  • Acting as deputy to the CFO, leading the day-to-day global finance function
  • Delivering board and investor reporting within a private equity environment
  • Owning group consolidation, reporting, and financial control across multiple entities
  • Overseeing statutory reporting, audit, tax, and governance frameworks
  • Partnering with operational teams to drive performance, margins, and cash flow
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the portfolio
  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing HQ finance team
  • Driving systems, process improvement, and scalable finance infrastructure

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Senior finance leadership experience in multi-site international businesses
  • Must be available immediately
  • Experienced operating in a high scale, private equity-backed environment
  • Large team management experience
  • Strong technical expertise in reporting, consolidation, and internal controls
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial PQE
  • Commercially minded, hands-on, and able to balance strategy with execution
