Overview

Highly successful International Technology Group require high calibre, ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified VP of finance to lead the EMEA divisional finance function, based at superb offices in Weybridge, Surrey

About the role

Reporting to the Group CFO the VP of Finance will be responsible for Financial Reporting, FP & A and Accounting across the EMEA Region. The VP of Finance will give insight on key factors impacting cost and revenue streams and will drive improvements in financial performance across the group. Key duties include:

  • Strategic business partner to Regional FDs to ensure sound financial decision making across EMEA
  • Business lead for Financial Reporting, FP&A, Financial Accounting and Data Analytics
  • Building a high-performing finance team ready to embrace future technical and system developments.
  • Undertake responsibility for EMEA Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning.
  • Head a continued drive to improve cash generation and working capital optimisation.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of business performance including key risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies, IFRS and governance requirements.
  • Oversee effective financial controls, statutory compliance and audit activities.
  • Drive improvements in the quality of business information by developing cutting edge data analytics and continued process automation

Ideally you will be ACA qualified and have gained significant PQE within an complex international group environment

  • A proven finance business partner you will have the ability to challenge & inspire, whilst building strong, long-term business relations
  • The jobholder will be a highly analytical leader who has gained commercial exposure within a challenging multi-site business environment
