Vice President, Private Equity
Our client, an investment manager in the GCC, is seeking to hire a Vice President into its Private Equity team. The role will focus on global investments, working closely with senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including investment evaluation, execution, due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, and ongoing asset and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute private equity investment opportunities across sectors and geographies
- Lead financial modelling, valuation, investment return analysis, and transaction structuring
- Lead due diligence, transaction execution, and investment committee processes
- Coordinate with management teams, advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
- Contribute to the origination and development of new investment opportunities
- Support and mentor junior members of the investment team

Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or other principal investment platform
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities with a track record of M&A or private market transaction experience
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting, investment analysis, and transaction execution
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and lead transaction processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university; additional languages and/or CFA are advantageous but not required
