We are representing a leading US mid-market investment bank looking to appoint a Vice President to its Healthcare Investment Banking team in London.
Our client has built one of the strongest healthcare franchises in the mid-market, combining deep sector expertise, longstanding relationships across the healthcare and private equity communities, and an excellent track record of completed transactions.
The London team offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded international healthcare platform while playing a meaningful role in the continued development of the firm's European franchise.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers across London and the US, taking significant responsibility for transaction execution, client coverage, and origination.

The role will include:
- Leading the execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions across the healthcare sector
- Working directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Developing relationships with healthcare companies, private equity investors, and other market participants
- Supporting and increasingly leading origination and business development initiatives
- Managing and developing Analysts and Associates
- Working collaboratively with the firm's established US healthcare franchise on cross-border opportunities

Candidate profile
We are interested in speaking with existing Vice Presidents and high-performing senior Associates with strong healthcare investment banking experience.
Candidates should combine excellent transaction execution credentials with the commercial and interpersonal skills required to develop into a senior coverage banker.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for someone looking to join an established healthcare franchise while having genuine scope to build their profile and career within a growing London platform.
