Job Opportunity
The Human Resources Leader serves as a strategic partner to Bank leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals while helping attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. As a trusted advisor and culture steward, this role helps build an environment where employees can thrive and do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Align people strategies with business goals, promoting a values-driven employee experience.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development.
- Coach leaders and build high-performing teams.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and succession planning.
- Advise on employee relations and employment law compliance.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader who loves connecting with people, supporting and developing rewarding careers, and leading a small but impactful HR team. Qualifications also include:
- Seven or more years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices; ability to coach leaders and navigate employee situations.
- Strong communication, judgment, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification, experience in community banking or financial services preferred.
- Experience facilitating onboarding, employee and leadership training, EOS® initiatives preferred.

- Salary range $110,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capabilities, plus annual incentive opportunity.
