Vice President - Infrastructure Debt Advisory
Panthera Partners is working with an elite and international investment bank, to hire a Vice President for their Infrastructure Debt Advisory team in London. The firm has built a high-performing team and excellent reputation, partnering with tier-one funds to advise them on the most prominent core infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, and energy transition debt advisory transactions across Europe, especially Germany.
The Vice President opening is a growth hire due to high deal flow, and an ever-increasing client list. The Vice President will play a leading role in the execution of transactions, mentoring junior members of the team whilst managing relationships with clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for an investment banking or private credit professional to join a leading advisor and build an impressive track record. Requirements
Interested candidates must:
- Be sitting in a Vice President or Senior Associate (or equivalent position) within a tier-one Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or Private Credit team, with prior banking experience
- Have a proven track record in working with prominent funds across the infrastructure, renewable energy, energy transition, and/or power & utilities market
- Possess an exceptionally strong analytical skill set and be willing to be hands-on with deals
- Be entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to be part of a growing team
- Hold a degree in finance, engineering, or related discipline from a highly regarded university
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of seniority
- Fluency in German is essential
- An additional European language is not essential but beneficial
